Learn more about the most recent developments and find documents pertaining to the mental health care reform.

The Standards of Care for the Centres for Mental Health, the origination of which was coordinated by CMHCD, were approved of by the committee of the Psychiatric Society of the Czech Medical Association (ČLS JEP). The preparation took more than six months. We provided for comments by two foreign experts on the professional supporting materials for the standards (available in English here).

In November 2014 Matt Muijen, WHO Europe mental health programme manager, visited the Czech Republic. A psychiatrist by profession, he had been for years in charge of the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health, today Centre for Mental Health.
